Call Me High

I adore high-waisted bikini's, I find them so flattering (and personally really good for hiding bits that I really want to hide). This is always my staple bikini shape, a few of mine from last summer are from ASOS, H&M and a few department stores. This season I love some of the prints on the catwalk have translated from the clothing onto the swimwear. From the staple palm and tropical prints, inverted colour matching coordinated prints and realistic florals. This makes for super eye-catching swimwear so much so, you'd be planning/dreaming of a year long summer holiday like me.

Call Me Blue

So I've had the holiday blues this whole week. It was my first week back at work after an amazing trip to Cuba with my sister. Above are a few pictures from the holiday, from the white sand beaches, turquoise sea and an excessive week long consumption of rum, I can honestly say this holiday has been a favourite. x

Call Me Light

I went to Greece back in September but I thought I'd share the pictures from my trip. The only thing they make me think is that I really need a holiday soon! London is way too rainy.

In terms of holiday attire, I went a bit kimono crazy. The one in this post is Vintage I got for £3, insane!! It;t actually a long dress with buttons all the way down so I wore it open as a long kimono. I definitely recommend looking at the long dresses in your local thrift shops, you may find a little gem. Call Me Sign

So here are a few snaps from my second day in LA. It was more of a touristy affair with a trip to see the Hollywood sign, general drives around LA to sight see, and shopping on Rodeo Drive of course.

I knew this was going to be a pretty busy day so clothing couldn't be too complicated or heavy, when sightseeing comfort is key. I got this amazing china print dress (which I'll be sure to feature on this blog again, trust me - I'm obsessed) from Topshop. The lightweight fabric made it such an easy piece to wear, but the intricate details like the cut out shoulders and ornate china print stopped it from being just an ordinary day dress. I kept the other additions to the outfit quite simplistic; tortoiseshell cat-eye sunglasses, a leather jacket, opaque tights (it was a bit chilly) and some comfortable flats. x

Call Me Snap

So it's been a while since I've last blogged, a lot has changed which kind of halted the blogging flow, and once it stopped it gets a bit difficult to get back into the swing of it, my apologies! It's been a crazy few months; new job, holidays, house redecorating and general life and everything else getting in the way! 

I'll start with the holiday! In March my sister and I went to LA and oh my god it was amazing!
