Hope all of you are having a wonderful weekend. It's been rather warm-ish but gloomy in London town at the minute (sigh, what else is new?) but this dress quite literally brightened my day. It was kindly sent from Sugarlips and honestly fell in love. I adore the stone grey with the pop of coral, it's one those easy dresses that you can just wear and it makes a statement of it's own, how sweet is the back of the dress? Keeping it quite simple I wore it with a plain gold cuff necklace, the rings I stack on every day, my Michael Kors bag and nude wedges. x

Sorry it's been a while, my reason will kind of update all of you on the situation of the renovation - the builders thought it would be a marvellous idea to start messing with wires resulting in me being without the internet for the week, ugh. I did manage to catch up on a few blogs on the Blogger app on my iPhone which was good but couldn't manage to post. But it's all sorted out now thanks to me, I guess I'm more technology savvy than I think.

Because of the renovation; particularly the lack of a kitchen, we've all been going out for dinner nearly every night. Last night I wore this amazing mint green blazer I picked up at River Island in the sale a few months ago. I paired it with the high waisted black denim shorts I showed in my last post and this amazing shirt, both from Forever 21. Totally in love with the leopard print detail and gold buttons. Anyway my lovelies, hope you all are great and I will keep you updated with the house and ideas for my new room, eeek! x

Call Me Mist

My my my, what a week it's been. Above are a few purchases made on a recent shopping trip. So excited to wear them so an outfit post will be coming soon! The studded shorts are from Forever 21, the collar is from New Look, and the gorgeous floral short-suit is from Primark of all places! Amazing right? And I've got a big grin on my face because I actually treated myself to the nude Vivienne Westwood for Melissa shoes which have been on my wish list for a while. Whoop!

But other than that, I've hardly been at home because my house is getting completely redecorated. The initial plan was downstairs only, living room, dining room, kitchen and a shower room (which means no kitchen for 10 weeks - Hello takeaway!) Miraculously all this work has spread itself to upstairs with a few rooms getting redecorated, most importantly MY room is part of the renovation. How exciting, but I need some big inspiration and so I'm asking all you lovely readers for some ideas. The only thing I'm keeping from my existing room is my bed which is dark brown leather. I'd greatly appreciate any ideas and I'll definitely be posting any room inspirations I find. x

All I can say is I am totally craving a long, hot, beach holiday right now. I think I will end up going somewhere last minute this year (I hope I do - for my own sanity) and so here is my wishlist for the trip. Ever since I saw the YSL starfish key fob, anything beach/sea-like just called out to me. Now, I probably will end up clashing with my surroundings but why not? I will be on holiday after all. So shell printed tops, fish shaped trinkets and a crab belt, yes please!
