I'm an avid collector of fashion books and I was flicking through this Chanel book that was published by The Victoria and Albert Museum and I am now obsessed with the catwalks of Chanel in the 90's. From the belts to the quilted bum-bag (fanny-pack to anyone from America) and the sunglasses, just look at the sunglasses! Amazing. x

Call Me Power
Here's a brief guide to how I do the braid in my hair, in the photo on the previous post 'Call Me Spring' I actually did the braid on my friends hair, so here are photo's on how I do it on my own hair.
First grab a small section starting from one side near your ear and then separate into three to start forming your braid.
When you do, start pulling from the front only into the braid. I do it this way because I find it allows the hair behind it to fall nicely, and its also easier to style the rest of your hair if you wanted to do a chic up-do or pinned to the side like I have.
Jumper - H&M
Earrings - Forever 21

Call Me Fire
Necklaces - New Look Limited Edition
Shirt - H&M
Lipstick - Topshop 'Rio Rio'
One part of my wardrobe that I never stop adding to is my jewellery collection, specifically my necklaces. I have a slight obsession with big statement necklaces, and when I stumbled across New Look's Limited Edition jewellery I knew I had to have these two gorgeous creations. Over the past few days I have been living in these, they look amazing with sheer collared shirts or over basic T's. x

Call Me Spring
Top - Topshop
Skirt - New Look
Belt - Miss Selfridge
Bag - Camden Market
Shoes - New Look
Sunglasses - Marc by Marc Jacobs
Hand Chain - Topshop
The weather has finally warmed and it's made me very happy indeed, though I never really know what to wear when the weather is in this transitional phase. I went on a day of exploring with my friend Nabs, just me her, and a camera, and some ice cream of course. She is wearing an Urban Outfitters dress, H&M stack rings and Primark Shoes. Just as the weather was transitional what I wore reflected the same, instead of a pop of colour or the pastel hues of spring I opted for a metallic top, something which is definitely going to be a staple in my wardrobe for this season. x
